Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PromptCockpit, a service provided by Digital Passion GmbH ("we", "us", "our"). By using PromptCockpit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PromptCockpit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
PromptCockpit is a web-based prompt management and code snippets library designed for AI power users and developers. The service allows you to organize, sequence, and execute AI prompt chains and store code snippets with zero friction.
3. Free Tier
PromptCockpit is currently offered free of charge for individual users. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or modify the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. User Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create within PromptCockpit, including prompts, folders, and code snippets. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will never use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PromptCockpit to store or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other user accounts, or computer systems connected to the service.
7. Service Availability
PromptCockpit is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, digital passion GmbH and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of PromptCockpit.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or CHF 100, whichever is greater.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. digital passion GmbH does not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Data Export
You may export all your data at any time using the built-in 1-click JSON export feature. We are committed to zero vendor lock-in and full data portability.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
